We are a practice clinic and a research facility.
Richard’s background in relation to the Electromedicine Clinic began over 15 years ago with his interest in traditional East-Asian medicine that developed into a focus on electro-acupuncture. His clinical and research work led to his attendance and later his presentations [Malter et al 2006-2013] at the (international symposiums of the) International College of Acupuncture & Electrotherapeutics, USA, [New York State Boards for Medicine and Dentistry accredited Continuing Medical Education].
Richard has granted Australian patents and international patent pending applications for new electromedical technology, devices and clinical applications that he has (co)invented. The development of these new electromedical devices has been supported and funded (2020-2021) by the Australian Government’s Medical Device Partnering Program in Victoria.
Beginning with a Research Associate position in 2006, in 2013 Richard was named a Senior Research Scientist of the Research Institute of Global Physiology, Behavior & Treatment (USA).
During his clinical work, Richard developed a special interest in rethinking and developing non-destructive, treatments for cancerous growths (neoplasms). He and his clinic colleagues have documented CT scan, endoscopy and visual examination confirmed cases of partial and complete reversal (disappearance) of multiple types of neoplasms, without any concurrent conventional oncology treatments given—no surgery, chemotherapy, nor radiotherapy; some of these clinical case studies have been international peer review published.
Through collaboration with his friend and colleague, Geochemist, Walter Dibble Jr. PhD (1946-2015), between 2012-2015, Richard reproduced in this country for the first time some of the ground-breaking research work of the William A Tiller Institute, investigating and acquiring laboratory data evidence of other mostly unknown but probable co-factors in extraordinary clinical and healing outcomes. He has presented these findings at international medical-scientific meetings, and some of the documentation and data have been international peer review published [Malter, Woessner, JSHO, 2018].
Dr. Woessner was born and raised on a farm, with an agriculture Bachelor’s Degree and subsequent coursework in permaculture, is a lifetime athlete (record holder and world championships) and a perpetual student (approximately 35 years of courses and training) with a medical speciality in physical medicine and rehabilitation. His medical career and interests are widely varied and encompass areas of pain, disability and medical legal—which requires studying and reviewing material and records from all areas of medicine. From a young age, he has been exposed and utilized many areas of folk medicine (nutrition and home remedies), which includes much of CAM (complementary and alternative medicine). Many consider him a pioneer in electromedicine, which has naturally evolved into consideration and expertise in energy medicine. While also raising his grandson, he would like to share his extensive health and medical background and life experiences.
